HVAC Technical Support Specialist Supervisor

Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Full Time - starting pay range $78,000-$88,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
Summary
- Perform a broad range of inside administrative and service support for both Customers and Team Members
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential Customers
- Assist Customers and Team Members with equipment support, communication of product information, product and service training, warranty claim fulfillment, and factory support
- Perform a wide range of leadership responsibilities including effectively delegating work to members of their Team, coaching/mentoring the Team Members to achieve desired results and developing meaningful metrics upon which to hold the Team Members accountable for accomplishing
- Demonstrate personal integrity, an exemplary work ethic and an authentic concern for the welfare of Team Members
- Constantly promote and encourage a positive and safe work environment for Team Members
- Regularly evaluate their Team and then develop and implement a Team Member development plan that ensures succession for critical roles in their area of responsibility
Education/Experience/Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in retail HVAC with Dealer service background
- Prior direct consumer service experience desirable
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC industry
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and high degree of personal integrity
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations
- Able to operate personal computer, calculator, other office machines and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility
- Able to lift or carry equipment, supplies and inventory on a frequent basis
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations
