Gensco currently has an amazing opportunity available to join our Technical Services Team as a Technical Services Administrative Assistant at our Corporate Office in Tacoma, WA! Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Starting pay range $23-$29 based on experience and qualifications

Summary

Provide excellent customer service to current and potential Gensco customers
Perform a broad range of Field Service support responsibilities
Assist customers and Gensco Team Members with equipment support, communication of product information, product & service training, warranty claim fulfillment, and factory support

Education/Experience/Skills

High school diploma or GED required
A 2- or 4-year college degree preferred
3+ years’ experience in retail HVAC with dealer service background preferred
Prior direct consumer service experience desirable
Excellent knowledge of HVAC industry
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Proactive and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and high degree of personal integrity
Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout facility
Able to lift or carry equipment, supplies and inventory on a frequent basis
Able to use tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations
